WEEKLY MEDITATION
I used to be a libertarian nihilist.
As long as you didn't break the law, I didn't care what you did.
I had no responsibility to my family. My community. My nation. The people who came before me, or after.
That philosophy was born in 2016. It died in 2020.
When the world is ruled by evil, one needs to fight it by becoming good.
The old guard is dying. Mainstream media. The political class. The science community. The elites.
No body wants to pay taxes. Everybody sees the failed experiment of mass migration. No body trusts the government.
Why? Because we have turned to the light. Social media is not a reflection of the collective spirit of humanity.
Now its our turn to bring a change, the revolution is here.
We are the revolution.
We get to choose the direction. We get to establish the new rules of the game. We don't do this by idly spreading hate online.
We do this by seizing the moment. By building something that lasts. By becoming someone that matters. By being good.
Do not let yourself be tricked by the allure of evil.
Now, let’s smash 2026.

"Do not be afraid of your difficulties. Do not wish you could be in other circumstances than you are. For when you have made the best of an adversity, it becomes the stepping stone to a splendid opportunity.”

VRILL INSIGHTS
2026 IS THE NEW 2016
Welcome to 2026.
The energy of this year is pure.
You can feel it.
New beginnings.
A new era is here.
Don’t let your dreams just be dreams.
Do you remember what you were doing for New Years Ever in 2024?
That was exactly 8,760 hours ago. (Well, slightly less now.)
And that’s exactly how many hours you have between now and December 31st, 2026.
But that just total hours.
The average person will spend:
2,920 hours sleeping
730 hours eating
183 hours shittin n’ pissin
2,080 hours working their job
When all of that is gone, you’re left with about 2,850 hours.
That’s it.
2,850 hours to either build the life you want or disappear into scrolling and distraction.
Put another way, that’s roughly 54 hours a week.
About 7.8 hours per day.
Those 7.8 hours are where everything happens
Commuting
Scrolling
Relationships
Training your body
Training your mind
Creating
Learning
Wasting time
Or building something meaningful.
It’s all decided there.
Saying you “only” have 2,850 hours sounds small.
But it’s not.
The problem is your thinking too far ahead.
Stop thinking in years.
Stop thinking in decades.
Think in hours.
Be more present.
That’s the key to life.
Every day is a new day.
A new set of 24 hours.
Stop giving yourself a resolution that takes a year to complete, focus on what you can do in there here and how.
Give your self resolutions for the next hour, or the next 10 minutes even.
Because the time will pass either way.
The only question is what you do with the time that’s actually yours.
Ask yourself this:
What did you do with the last hour?
Did it move your life forward or numb you?
No judgment.
Just awareness.
Awareness is where change starts.
If it isn’t moving you towards your dream life, don’t do it.
It’s that simple.
Here’s your only task today: Win the next hour.
Do one thing that compounds.
Read. Train. Create. Reach out. Clean something. Move your body.
Just don’t waste it unconsciously.
You have a fucking life to live!
GO LIVE IT.
2026 will be the greatest year of your life as long as you stay present and grateful.
Keep winning hour by hour and watch it compound.
Lesson in there.
