WEEKLY MEDITATION
Do not let yourself become domesticated.
Men are designed by nature and ordained by God to take on the burden to destroy the ugliness and dangers of the world. Why? To create pockets of order for our family.
Does that sound like happiness to you?
Happiness is a psyop. Comfort? gay asf. Pleasure seeking? childish. Chaos is the way.
Stepping into the unknown, into the ugliness and dangers of the world is hard, unsafe and not fucking fun.
You should smile at this fact. You get to attempt to face the chaos of reality head on. If you succeed you will be rewarded.
Stop trying to be happy, and stop judging yourself for not being happy. We are meant to be in a divine struggle against reality itself.
The most comfortable men have the least faith in God.
Lesson in there.

Aesthetics to increase your Vrill
“Everyone watches television and decides they'll roleplay their favorite sociopath or their favorite mental invalid. Many of the people around today aspire to be deranged or something, it's embarrassing. It's like they want an escape from the mundane so badly that they'd induce (or act out) mental instability to get there.”

HOW TO LIVE LIFE
I wrote this while sleep deprived asf on a 13 hour flight a few days ago. It’s about how I think I should spend my time while I’m here on earth. And how that relates to Vrillerism. I’m writing all of this advice to myself to remind myself of what life is about.
The three aspects of Vrillerism are God, Culture, and Vitality.
Each of these directly correlates to an aspect of your spirit.
Your Soul is how you connect with God.
Your Mind is how you channel Culture.
Your Body is how you channel Vitality.
The three aspects (God, Culture, & Vitality) make up the holy trinity of the human spirit (Mind, Body, and soul).
Each of these aspects must be catered to. Find a hobby for the mind, a hobby for the soul, and a hobby for the body. Or several for each. As long as each one is taken care of to the best of your ability.
Only focusing on the mind and not the body will lead to physical decay and a deterioration of the soul. A good example of this is the philosopher that “understands” life but yet forgets to live it, and thus has zero energy to give back to life itself.
Let’s start with the MIND. This is the aspect of your being that is meant to absorb. It’s like a sponge.
The culture you fill the mind with will dictate what the soul produces.
Learn philosophy instead of scrolling tiktok.
Listen to uplifting music.
Have conversations about topics that truly interest you instead of watching brainrot content.
All of these things make up the culture of the mind.
Next is the SOUL. This is the aspect of your being that is meant to create. It uses the culture of the mind and gives back to the world through the divine act of creation.
God created us in his image so we may create in our image of what we find to be beautiful. The soul is how you express your god given talents.
Creation is a divine act. But without the mind, the soul has nothing to draw from.
Nourish the mind so the soul can create.
The next aspect is the BODY. This is the aspect of your being that allows you to move throughout the physical world.
A vital body is like the oil that keeps the engine of the mind + soul running.
These are the first 3 aspects (holy trinity) that make up the next aspect (the spirit). Your spirit is the interplay of mind, body, and soul.
This is why someone with a nourished mind, body, and soul has a lot of spirit.
You’re SPIRIT is the aspect of your being that yearns to explore.
But true exploration is only possible when god, culture, and vitality (mind, body, and soul) are properly integrated into it.
Exploration is the essence of life and your spirit is what desires exploration of the world around you. Exploration in this sense, just means to be genuinely curious about the external world around you.
It doesn’t have to be a grand journey, but you do have to look around at your surroundings and be curious. God gave us legs for a reason.

The last aspect is your BEING, which also desires exploration, but instead of outward it desires inward exploration. Your being is like the opposite of the spirit.
The spirit reflected back onto itself is the being. the best way to get in touch with your being is through inward meditation. Go “in” instead of “out”.
The spirit requires evolution throughout your life, but your being requires involution, aka a deepening of your innermost self. This is achieved through meditating on your life.
So to recap:
The 3 pillars of Vrillerism are GOD, CULTURE, & VITALITY
These 3 pillars correlate to the first 3 aspects of the self (holy trinity of the self) known as MIND, BODY, & SOUL
GOD -> SOUL
CULTURE -> MIND
VITALITY -> BODY
The combination of these 3 make up the SPIRIT
The spirit reflected on itself is your BEING, the deepest aspect of the self.
Once all 5 aspects are taken care of, you become God realized. Meaning you’re aware that you are one with God, and that God alone exists.
Collectively we are all God, so the next logical action step is to start helping the world around you. But without healthy mind, body, soul, spirit, and being, this is impossible.
So before you try to help anyone or anything, make sure you are taken care of entirely, then you can truly give your gifts as a complete human.
So how do you spend your time here on earth?
You must Learn, Create, Move, Explore, Meditate, and then Interact.
Learning is the action that activates your mind (culture)
Creating is the action that activates your soul (God)
Moving is the action that activates your body (vitality)
Exploring is the action that activates your spirit
Meditating is the action that activates your being
God is present when you interact with other spirits (people on earth) by helping the world and spreading the love of God. (sounds corny but its true).
MIND + BODY + SOUL = SPIRIT BEING GOD
But you must start with the integration of the mind, body and soul to produce a healthy spirit. Then exploration of the world around you. Then reflect on your findings through inward meditation, then use the energy generated through this process to help others on this same journey of life.
Here’s an example of how this may look in a human life
Go to the Gym (body taken care of)
Read philosophy (mind taken care of)
Practice drawing (soul taken care of)
Go for a walk in the park (spirit taken care of)
Daily meditation (being taken care of)
Help others (God realization)
So why even do any of this at all?
Because God didn’t create us to to live alone.
Why the fuck are you trying to improve yourself if the only goal is to show off and boost your ego?
No one cares about you.
No one is paying attention to you.
Do all of this for YOU. And you only.
God wants you to help others, not prove yourself to them.
By helping others you are only creating a better world for yourself.
And by helping yourself you are only creating a better world for others.
