WEEKLY MEDITATION | WANT WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
The chase creates the gap. The gap creates the chase.
You live between who you are and who you think you need to be. That gap is where all your suffering lives. But it's also where most people mistake desperation for ambition.
Happiness is the wrong word. What you want is wholeness. A baseline okayness that doesn't require justification.
Here's the paradox: you can only get wholeness by wanting what you already have.
Not resignation. Not pretending problems don't exist. A fundamental shift in your relationship to reality. You accept what is. Fully.
When you stop treating the present as a problem, something shifts. You move differently. People sense it. Opportunities emerge. Not because you're chasing them, but because you're operating from gratitude instead of discontentment.
This isn't mystical. When you're not desperate, you take real risks. You think long-term. You make better decisions.
Accept everything, change everything.
You don't get your goals by chasing them. You get your goals by embodying wholeness first. The order matters.

GOD ALONE EXISTS
What’s up Vriller fam,
It’s been almost two months since MJ and I have been in Florianopolis, Brasil.
If anyone of y’all reading this newsletter are From Brasil, feel free to hmu on Insta, let’s link up.
We’ve been focused on growing Vrillerism everyday.
Which goes in hand in hand with self improvement also.
We’re building out the Vrill Club, our private community, working on the next clothing drop, and scheming some potential future events for Q1.
Basically, Big tings coming brudda.
One thing that always happens when you travel or spend time in new places is you get access to new thoughts.
Your brain starts firing in different ways, new locations seem to activate hidden parts of the mind.
I’ve been thinking about this topic, that God is the ultimate truth.
God is the ultimate reality of the universe.
There is only God.
Nothing else.
Seperation is the illusion.
Now that all sounds good, but it can be harder to actualize and internalize big abstract ideas like this.
So i’ve come up with a way to get to know God on a more personal level.
It’s simple too.
Remember never trust anyone that makes spirituality complicated.
Especially when they charge you for it.
God did not make our lives complicated, WE did.

I saw this meme the other day on Telegram, then added the last line “GOD ALONE EXISTS.” myself, with Goku going super saiyan, because although the last line is accurate, it feels to convoluted.
So how do we know God?
It comes back to this Bible verse “Be still, and know that I am God”
Psalm 46:10
The first step we must take is to be present.
If you try and describe some thing as real, it can only exist in the here and now.
Things of the past USED to be real, and things of the future are not real YET.
So the present moment is all there is.
Gods presence exists in the present. only.
So you’re gonna have to be present if you want to talk to God.
You can’t experience God, truth, or love anywhere except now.
Presence is the doorway.
It’s the act of “being still.”
The second step is to be grateful.
Aka to truly “know”. Not know in the sense of learning facts, but know as in Gnosis. To gain wisdom and understanding.
Once present, you begin to see, to feel the miracle in everything.
Gratitude is the shift from lack to fullness, from separation to connection.
It’s the knowing that everything is given.
Remember that God can only reward the satisfied, not the desperate, and certainly not the needy.
The only prayer you’ll ever need is gratitude.
Prayer, manifestation, and visualization are all the same thing at their core.
being truly thankful for what you already have, right now.
God rewards those who appreciate His gifts.
He gives more to those who are already content with what they’ve received.
Visualization isn’t about wishing for something far away.
It’s about feeling the joy of already having it.
Gratitude bridges the gap between the present and the future, it tells God, “I already have it, and I’m thankful.”
Everything comes back to gratefulness.
That’s the secret.
When you pray, just say thank you, and mean it.
This how you manifest you’re desires.
It’s a bit of a paradox, but you will get what you want when you realize you already have it.
You will get your desires when you have no desires.
The third step is love.
I know that sounds cliche as fuck but it’s true.
when you are present and grateful, there is no other option than to act out of love and purity.
Love is the natural third step after presence and gratitude collide.
It is the energy that exists when your presence (awareness) and consciousness intersect.
The order is important here, don’t try to act lovingly before you are grounded in the here and now and before you are grateful for what you have.
I call these 3 things (presence, gratitude, love) the holy trinity of God realization.
The holy trinity of the father, son, and holy spirit relate to each of these aspects.
Think of it like this:
The Father is Present with the Son
The Son is grateful for the fathers presence
The feeling they now share is the holy ghost of Love
So start with presence, realize that everything already exists in its perfect state, and that God has already given you everything you need, thus making you grateful.
Be present, then be grateful for that presence, then act on it in the world.
Remember that God alone exists, he doesn’t just exist as a thing that is separate from you.
He is ALL that exists.
He’s in me, in you, and in that dog that won’t stop fucking barking. He’s everywhere.
Everyone has a spark of the divine.
So now close your screen, put your phone down.
Go outside and interact with God.
Smile at a stranger.
Give a random person a high five.
Call an old friend.
Spread joy.
