WEEKLY MEDITATION
I came up with an idea for a movie. Here it is:
A super rich entrepreneur who made millions by consistently taking action and relentlessly pursuing his goals looks around at the average person and is so discouraged that everyone has just give up on life.
Since he has so much free time now that he’s retired, he decides to hire hitmen to kill people who don’t pursue their dreams.
He anonymously calls them, finds out what their dreams and passions are, then says that if they aren’t on their way to becoming whatever their dreams are in 6 weeks, they will be dead.
And of course, they start relentlessly going after their dreams because they don’t want to get murdered by a hitman.
What if this was the case? well it is.
If you don’t go after what you truly want, your soul gets murdered by your lack of ambition.
SO GET TO WORK. This is life or death. Pursue your dreams or risk losing your soul.
You have been warned.

VRILL INSIGHTS
IT ALL COMES DOWN TO FREQUENCY
YOUR WORK OUTPUT NEEDS TO JUSTIFY YOUR AMBITION. EITHER LOWER IT OR OUTWORK EVERYONE.
The Energy Problem: Why You're Not Living
Your grandfather had higher testosterone than you.
Not because he worked harder. Not because he had better genetics. Not because he was smarter or more disciplined.
Simply because he lived in a world that wasn't actively working against his biology.
And you're probably okay with that.
The Algorithm
Your body operates on one principle: abundance or scarcity. Thrive or survive.
For millions of years, this algorithm kept humans alive. When resources were abundant, we invested in strength, reproduction, growth, competition. When resources were scarce, we conserved everything. Lower testosterone. Store fat. Kill ambition.
Your body can't tell the difference between actual famine and the signals of modernity.
Processed food says scarcity. Blue light at midnight says scarcity. Chronic stress says scarcity. Sedentary life says scarcity. Your phone says scarcity.
So your body responds. It downregulates everything expensive. Testosterone falls. Muscle disappears. Fat accumulates. Drive evaporates.
You become smaller.
The Frequency
Here's what nobody talks about: Your consciousness and your biology are operating on the same frequency.
When you're stuck in scarcity mode, everything collapses simultaneously. Your body tanks. Your mind clouds. Your spirit contracts. You lose access to the parts of yourself that matter: leadership, genuine connection, and ambition paired with action.
You become a survival machine.
But here's the thing: A body in scarcity mode doesn't have the surplus energy for expanded consciousness. It's burning everything just to exist. Deep meditation? Impossible. Creative flow? Inaccessible. Genuine presence with another person? Out of reach.
You're biologically locked out of your own potential.
This isn't mystical. It's mechanics. Energy that's being used to survive can't be used to thrive.
The Synchronicity
When you signal abundance. When you eat for good times. When you move like a predator. When you recover like you matter. Something shifts.
Your body upregulates. Your mind clears. Your spirit expands.
Suddenly you have energy left over. Energy for creation. Energy for connection. Energy for building something real.
And the beautiful part? Your consciousness responds to that biological abundance. High energy supports high frequency. When your body believes times are great, your mind has the metabolic capacity to think bigger, dream bigger, become bigger.
They're not separate problems. They're one system operating at two levels.
The Numb
Most men don't notice anything's wrong until they're sick.
This is the noticeability threshold. It’s the point where symptoms get loud enough to acknowledge. Most men operate with theirs basically at "disease."
Gas? Normal. Brain fog? Everyone's tired. Lack of motivation? I just haven’t found the right thing yet.
Your body's been sending you messages for years. You stopped listening.
But here's what happens when you establish baseline: When you eat right for one week and notice how you actually feel. When you sleep properly and see your mind clear. When you move intentionally and experience real energy.
You become hypersensitive to deviations.
One meal of processed food and you feel it. One night of bad sleep and your motivation tanks. One week of inactivity and your mood shifts.
You start hearing your body again.
And once you can hear it, you can't unhear it. You become aware of what's actually working. What's actually hurting. You become your own doctor instead of following someone else's program.
This awareness is the foundation for everything else.
The Choice
You know what to do. That's not the problem.
You've read enough. You know sleep matters. You know movement matters. You know what you eat matters. You know your environment designs you. You know dopamine controls your motivation. You know presence determines your relationships. You know mission gives you direction.
You know.
The problem is you're not willing to send the signal.
Most men feel the truth of this and close it. They feel inspired for a moment. They think about changing. And then they go back to their comfortable patterns because change is boring and hard and requires consistency.
And consistency is for people without excuses.
The Reality
Here's what's true: 90% of men are living in biological and spiritual scarcity without knowing it.
They're not broke. They're energy-poor.
They're not depressed. They're frequency-poor.
And the environment is designed to keep them that way. Every notification. Every algorithm. Every shortcut.
But you're not most men. Or at least, you don't have to be.
Because signaling abundance isn't complicated. It's not expensive. It's not even that hard.
It's just boring.
Eat real food. Move your body. Sleep. Face voluntary discomfort. Design your environment. Learn to listen. Anchor to purpose.
That's it.
One week at a time. One signal at a time. Inevitable.
The question isn't whether you can do this.
The question is: Are you willing to?
Because the man you're supposed to become is waiting.
And he's built from energy, not wishful thinking, not waiting for the right moment.
Start and don’t stop. Do the work. Accept the pain. Be grateful for every moment of the journey. This is it, so go get it.
