WEEKLY MEDITATION

You are standing in a life you once prayed for. In three years, you’ll be standing in the life you’re chasing now. Yet you can’t enjoy any of it, because your mind is never here. You live for a future self that does not exist. The greatest sin is not being in the present. God is not found in yesterday or tomorrow. He only exists now. Success is meaningless if you are not conscious of it. The future is not guaranteed. This moment is. Live here. Meaning only exists in the present.

VRILL INSIGHTS

Stop Preparing. Start Moving.

The boomers destroyed it all. Not because they are evil but because they had it easy and they trusted the government.

Gen Z will build it back up again. Not because we are good but because we have had it hard and we don't trust the government.

Boomer. Buy a house at 28, watch it appreciate into a retirement fund by 45.

My parents bought a house for 200K. Twenty-six years later it's worth 1.4M. That's the equivalent to of me buying my parents house and it be worth 10M when I’m 52.

No wonder your mom wants you to get a stable job, buy property, play it safe. It worked. It changed society for the better.

Internet. Social media. AI. Hyper-novelty. Mass migration. Government distrust. The economic laws that governed your parents' lives no longer apply. Playing their game with their rules in 2025 is frankly dumb.

So, what's the problem?

Gen Z has a serious addiction problem. Not to drugs. To distraction. Gaming and social media are consuming the cognitive real estate of an entire generation.

Here's the thing though. The solution isn't to delete your phone and become a Luddite. The solution is to accept that you're an addict and build a system around it.

The boomers played it safe. One path. One career. One city. They compounded their advantages for 40 years in a slow-moving world.

To win in 2025, you have to do the opposite.

Try 1000 paths. Have 100 careers. Live in 10 different cities. Move fast. Don't get stuck.

You don’t need to buy house. A mortgage locks you in two ways: location and income stability. You need $4000 a month to service the debt so you can't take risks. You can't move. You can't pivot.

Pivot freely between jobs. You're not building loyalty. You're acquiring skills like a video game character grinding side quests. The moment the job stops teaching you something valuable, you've already lost. Move on.

Here's where most people get it wrong.

They see the distraction problem and they think the answer is to quit everything. Become a monk in the mountains. These people are cowards. They're running away from reality instead of engaging with it.

Don't do that.

Instead, replace social media with the game of online money.

It's better than social media (obviously). It's almost as engaging as video games (the variable rewards hit different). But the critical difference is this: it's directly tied to the real world. You learn skills that matter. You make money that's real. You build things that exist.

You're still gaming the system. You're still getting the dopamine hit. You're still competing and optimizing. Except now you're playing a game where winning has actual consequences.

With the little you have over each month, stop buying garbage. Expensive clothes. Sneakers that cost $400. You are a man goddammit.

Invest that money into something with actual ROI. A course on app development. Running an e-commerce operation. AI tools. Building automation workflows. Web design. Creating AI content systems. Anything that builds actual skills.

There are thousands of legitimate games you could play. Games with real score counters. Real leveling systems. Real rewards.

Instead, most of us are choosing between two traps: shutting our brain off to feed the algorithm, or escaping into a virtual world that has zero impact on our actual life.

You are real. Act like it.

Pivot constantly. Try new tools. Acquire skills aggressively. Don't only read for the sake of knowledge. Read to solve specific problems. Don't only watch YouTube for entertainment. Watch it to learn a new skill.

You're speed running reality.

When the world moves fast, you have to move faster. When the world is hyper novel, you have to be hyper novel. This is our competitive advantage over everyone playing their parents' game.

Don't shy away from reality by checking out mentally or escaping to virtual worlds. This isn't a simulation. This is it. You're here to surf the chaos. To create. To learn. To meet people. To explore. To grow.

I've been wanting to learn how to code apps for a year. Excuses. Then the Vrill Club needed a platform. I stopped thinking and built it in one day. Three weeks of iteration. Now it's actually good. (more on this after the insight)

There are thousands of dudes making 10K+ per month building apps, automation workflows, scaling e-commerce. Most aren't smarter than you. Most aren't healthier. Most skip the productivity theater entirely.

The differentiator is speed.

They move while you research. They build while you read guides. They ship while you're optimizing your morning routine.

Speed beats intelligence. Speed beats credentials. Speed beats the perfect plan.

That's how you actually win.

This is the essence of smashing your head against the wall, of retardmaxxing. It is to run toward everything fast. Fuck the consequences. Say what you believe. Do what interests you. Aim at Truth.

Accept what this moment is.

Then move and don't stop moving.
