God does not reward lazy people.

November 14th, 2022 was the first day I starting making content and posting it on Instagram on the account @Destruism, the precursor to @Vrillerism. 

During the time I was posting on that account I was backpacking South America for 4 months. 

For 4 years (2021 - 2024) I would basically work at a ski resort in the USA, saving money and being a ski bum. Then spend all the money I saved on traveling. 

I was 23 when I began, not knowing jack shit about video editing or building a brand.

But at the time it just felt like a new creative pursuit I wanted to try. 

So as I was traveling I would just make content on my phone. 

I didn’t even own a computer at that time. (I do have a computer now, but tbh all the content u see in IG I still make on my phone).

My point is that you have a powerful ass computer in your hands and what are you using it for? Musicians are making albums from their phones. You can literally just do things.

And all I can say as to why any of this has worked out is because I started once didn’t stop. 

Every business model works if you do it long enough (not every business model, but u get what i’m saying) 

Another important point is that it’s easy if you enjoy it. 

I’m not gonna tell people you have to grind and hustle at something you enjoy because it gives off the wrong impression. 

I’ve spent the last two days laying in my bed, screen-timemaxxing on my iPhone 13, making content. (Push ups in between of course) 

You could call it a “grind” but I enjoy tf out of it.

I really do feel blessed to be able to make content that gets seen by people all around the world.

To me it’s not just making content, I put my soul into it.

Anyway, It’s been basically 3 years since I started posting on Vrillerism. February 4th, 2023 was the first day I shared something on that account. 

I started posting on @VrillClub In August the same year.

Not to mention @vrillsthetics, @vrillosphy, & @vrillcrew.

I learned how to do all this by doing it (lesson in there) 

While I was posting on all these accounts I was still working normal jobs. 

if you’re a creative, there’s 3 phases you have to go through: 

This process takes a while, and i’m still in between the 2nd and 3rd phase. 

a year ago, February 1st 2025, I left the USA and still haven’t been back since. 

I was working at the ski resort (my 4th year there) while also growing Vrillerism and VrillClub and also also freelancing video editing for two other brands. 

I got an opportunity to go work in Thailand with a brand I was working with. So I said FUCK IT and went. 

I realized at that time that I was making enough online to support myself in a different country. So I stayed in Southeast asia for 4 months. 

After that, I went to England for a month to visit my brother, staying on a couch in his apartment. 

Then went to Sweden, stayed with @MJ at his families cabin (this is when we started working together). 

Then went to Cairo, Egypt (stayed in a hostel for 3 weeks) bc It was a cheap place to stay for a while we kept growing Vrillerism and Vrill club. 

After that, spent 3 weeks in Berlin at a German girls apartment I met in Thailand ;) 

Then after that, MJ and I took off to Brasil (we kept seeings signs from God to go there, so fuck it we ball) 

This is where we started to work with @Gabe, the 3rd member in the vrill team. 

Truly am thankful for these guys, working on cool shit with dope dudes is all we really need.

Then we followed the signs again and went to Da Nang, Vietnam, stayed there for 2 months.

And lastly went back Thailand. bringing us to the present day. 

So why am I telling you all this? Because if you follow your passions, God will put you in contact with the right people at the right time. 

I’m also telling you this because if you follow your passions, your intuition becomes way stronger and you know when and where to go at all times. 

I’m also also telling you this because i’m on the journey of making this brand into something truly incredible, and I know It will happen. and great things take time. But patience is confidence, and i’m enjoying the process just as much as the destination. 

Also Also also i’m telling you all this because none of this shit could have EVER happened if I didn’t just start posting on Instagram. Sounds simple, but there’s so many cool people I never would have met, places i’ve been, and experiences I’ve had bc of it. 

That idea you think is stupid is not stupid, as long as you’re being truly authentic in your creativity, God will reward you. 

I’m also also also also telling you this because my life has taken off so much in the past year and I don’t think it would’ve happened that quick if I wasn’t in a position where I was forced to make it work. 

Your comfort zone will kill your soul. 

And also also also also also i’m telling you this for all you fucking retards that think I’m CIA or a fed who’s getting paid to psyop you. 

(yes the CIA is paying me minimum wage to make schizo content in hostels in third world countries) 

that must be what CIA agents do, who knows. 

Currently Gabe, MJ, and I are planning so much cool shit for the future (events, clothing, meetups) Vrillerism is almost at 22k, Vrillclub has doubled its follower count in the past 2 weeks alone 

And once again, y’all have no idea how grateful I am for all this. 

And the best part is that it’s still only the beginning.
